STANDARD SIZING ORDERS
We accept/returns for standard sizing (XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL) orders as in the following terms:
Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via WHATSAPP CONCIERGE or email.
To qualitify, the order must be in it's original condition, unused, with tags intact & original packaging, free from any damages such as stains, perfume marks or any signs of wear.
Once your order reaches us, our team will inspect the garment carefully & based on it's condition, your return/exchange request will be processed (store credit or exchange).
Exchanges are eligible only for a different size of the same garment.
We do not offer a refund policy. All returns are processed as store credit.
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
Any piece/garment made under specific measurements or specially crafted for you is not eligible for return/exchange.
In case of sizing issues on a custom garment, we will be happy to help you fix it, but the shipping cost to & from us will be borne by the customer.
We strongly recommend providing accurate measurements before confirming your custom order to avoid any issues later.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us a picture of the incorrect/damaged item via Whatsapp Concierge or email.
Once confirmed, we will inspect/replace or repair the item at no extra cost.

Custom-made items.
Gift Cards or promotional items.
