Here’s everything you need to know about how your Amós order is packed, shipped, and delivered to your doorstep.

PROCESSING TIME

  • At Amós, every piece is crafted from scratch with love and precision, made-to-order to minimize waste and give your outfit the attention it deserves, so please allow 8–10 business days for processing.
  • All orders are made-to-order unless mentioned otherwise.
  • In case of other days involved in the production (fabric sourcing delays, custom pieces, etc.) amós team will update you.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

  • Domestic Delivery Timeline: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Delivery Timeline: 7-14 business days after dispatch (depending on the delivery destination & clearances)
  • Shipping timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • All shipping charges are calculated at checkout, tailored to your order & destination.
  • In case it's a flat fee or free shipping, your shipping details shall be revealed at the checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking ID via email or our Amós Whatsapp Concierge.
  • If you don't receive one, just drop us a note through the contacts listed in the contact us section & we'll help you ASAP.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • For international orders, shipping timeline may vary depending on your destination & local custom clearance of that destination.
  • Any duties, taxes or additional fees levied by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

  • EXTERNAL FACTORS: Amós is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier/logistic handlers, customs or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • CUSTOM PIECES: These may sometime take slightly longer in the production process than the expected timeline-if so, we'll communicate them to you.
  • UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: Since we depend on multiple processes to fulfil your order, rare exceptions may arise, but we'll always communicate them to you & keep you updated.
  • In case you wish to get an update on your order, you're always welcome to drop in & ask for an update via email or Amós Whatsapp Concierge.
